Welcome to Future Skills Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, and related services (the "Platform"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Enrolling in a course grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access that course for personal, non-commercial learning purposes, for as long as the course remains available on the Platform.

All fees are displayed in advance and charged through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Eligible purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed. Refund requests can be submitted from your account or via our Contact page.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully, to respect other learners and instructors, and not to share your account or course materials with anyone who has not purchased access.

Instructors are responsible for the accuracy and originality of the content they publish, for responding to student questions in good faith, and for complying with our content and community guidelines.

All course materials, branding, and Platform software are owned by Future Skills Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license described above.

We respect copyright law and respond to valid takedown notices. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement.

You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute course content, attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious code, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or restrict your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or posed a risk to the Platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms. Certain provisions, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, survive termination.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that course content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will result in any specific outcome or certification recognition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Skills Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Skills Academy and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
